Van Duong Thanh Fine Arts Museum was officially recognized and established by the Ministry of Culture and interdisciplinary ministries 2023, or 20 years of preparing the collection. The villa has French architecture by Belgian designer and artist Van Duong Thanh – completed the year 2007. Here visitors will come into contact with painting, history, culture, Vietnamese art in miniature.

Biography
Nguyen Sang (1 month 8 year 1923 – 16 month 12 year 1988) is one famous painter Vietnamese. He was the first artist who designed Vietnam's first revolutionary postage stamp. Nguyen Sang is also the only artist who has 2 works of art State of Vietnam recognized as national treasure. Ông đã được truy tặng giải thưởng Hồ Chí Minh về Văn học – nghệ thuật vào năm 1996.
