Il Museo delle Belle Arti Van Duong Thanh è stato ufficialmente riconosciuto e istituito dal Ministero della Cultura e dai ministeri interdisciplinari 2023, sau 20 năm chuẩn bị sưu tập. Ngôi biệt thự có kiến trúc Pháp do nhà thiết kế người Belgium và họa sĩ Văn Dương Thành – hoàn thành năm 2007. Nơi đây du khách sẽ tiếp xúc với nền hội họa, lịch sử, văn hóa, nghệ thuật Việt Nam thu nhỏ.

Nguyen Sang (1 mese 8 anno 1923 – 16 mese 12 anno 1988) è uno famoso pittore vietnamita. Fu il primo artista a progettare il primo francobollo rivoluzionario del Vietnam. Nguyen Sang è anche l'unico artista ad averlo 2 opere d'arte Stato del Vietnam riconosciuto come tesoro nazionale. È stato premiato postumo giải thưởng Hồ Chí Minh về Văn học – nghệ thuật vào năm 1996.
